Teacher Appreciation Bouquets

Got this idea from one of the Cricut newsletters:

Simple flowers of various sizes and added a cherry cordial Hershey kiss in the middle:

Added a butterfly with teacher's name and filled with M&M's and a few more Kisses (couldn't let those go to waste!):

All 9 of them:

Teacher Appreciation - Popcorn box

Simple popcorn box from TBBM and then "re-loaded" and used Cricut markers to drawn red lines on (this proved hard to line up!). Filled with treats:

Added sentiment as a "ticket":

For all my staff:

Teacher Appreciation - Chocolate bars

Adapted Carla's chocolate bar cover to fit this GIANT Hershey bar (4.4 oz):

Added sentiment: "Having teachers like you at our Center is a treat. Your care and commitment make learning SWEET!"

For all my child care center staff:

Bridesmaid Thank You cards

Had a request for Jen C's purse cards to use as Thank you notes for her Bridesmaids. I'd never made them before but I like them! Super easy!

Yarn trim for texture and stickles for "bling".

Here's Joanie's (loves purple) card:

Used "eyelash" yarn for trim and stickles again. Added a flower to hers too. Used "Traffic Jam" CB folder to emboss. Oh, this is Kerri's favorite color - blue:

Used "eyelash" yarn for trim and George flowers, stickles on the buckle! Used "Spots and Dots" CB folder to emboss. Laura loves black and pink, so here's her card:

Here's the LINK to Jen C's blog. She is an amazing designer and special, kind person! Leave her a comment if you would like the cut file.

Thank You Notes and Bouquet

Some Thank you notes (for the guys) and a Thank You Bouquet (for the lady) on my Renovation Team at work! What a great team!

Used marbles as a filler, never tried this before. Works pretty good, but I think I like floral foam better (more flexibility).

3 thank you notes for the guys:

Put a few rectangles (with DS) in the bottom of the card front so I could weave paper in and give it some color. Embossed the front with the "Thanks" CB folder:

trimmed off part of the front of the card, so the striped trim would show:

Carla's 3D Flower card

This is the cutest card ever! Thank you Carla for sharing the cut file and creating it! The flowers "pop up" when you open the card. Carla has instructions on how to do this on her BLOG. Please leave her a comment. She has the greatest projects!

"Thanks a Bunch" Bouquet

"Thanks a Bunch" bouquet for the Administrative Assistant at work. She's a doll!

Used DS and a lot of carts! SB, GBS, WIMG, probably a few more... I lost track!

Love these "Zinnias" at the top of the "bunch" stick. I only did 4 layers, but think they turned out pretty realistic. I might have to do a whole bouquet in just those!

I tied a ribbon to the heart and put her name on the leaf:

NDC Wordbooks

Both Coaches wordbooks & bouquets: Front of blank book:

'D' page:

'C' page:

Falcon page:

With embellishments (but before I wrote coaches names in it):

Coach Mike:

Coach Steph:

Their 'C' & Falcon pages are the same. GO! with picture of both coaches.

Picture of National team:

"Thank You Coach" bouquets

These were made for Alex's swim coaches to say Thanks!

Those are bubbles in between the "Thanks Coach" and "Way to Go!"... they kind of look like wacky Olympic rings!
I made a "swimmer guy" from George shapes (bottom left corner):

Jen's Eagle... errr Falcon (for this project anyway!):

Both bouquets:

Easter Cards

"Happy Easter, bunny!" Easter Card for Alex. This was a HUGE card. Used HKGR, DS, & skittles in the center of the flowers.

"Some-bunny loves you" card for Michael. Got the cut file from someone on the MB. Used skittles for the eyes & nose.

Back of card: love that tail!

Jen C's shoe & purse!

I just love Jen C. and all her creations! I know I've made this purse before, but I've never tried the shoe. Thought I'd make a matching set! Check out the SHOE on Jen C.'s blog (the link should take you to the 3 shoes she has on there)! Here's the LINK TO THE HOBO PURSE, too. If you would like the cut file, make sure to leave her a comment WITH your email address. She is SUPER great at sharing and such a wonderful person!

blurry picture... but I used wired and wrapped it around a pencil to create a spring to add the dragonfly charm to.
