carts used: Indie Art, George, Plantin, Storybook, Mickey & Friends, Accent Essentials... I think that's it! Whew!
I used design studio to weld the 16 in the Accent Essentials scalloped circle.
Used cuttlebug to emboss cupcake (swirls for frosting and plaid for cupcake bottome). A few stickles and it had it's bling!
Used her favorite colors: green, pink, and yellow!
